I was an out of state buyer and everything was processed quickly. Was a bit hesitant at first when buying something I have never seen before in person, I was guided in the right direction by Edgar during the purchase. I have bought numerous cars from Chicago auto place. I'm probably in double digits now. Everyone there is great, but Robert is my favorite. Ricky (the owner)is great as well. They will take care of all of your needs, always trying to make sure you're completely satisfied with the experience. Thank you chicago auto place I'll be back for another car in a few weeks lol. Had to add a few more words since I purchased 9 more cars, since my last review. This time I was helped by Rheizelle and she is as great as Robert and Ricky. It was a pleasure to work with her.

Not a review writer, but had to share the great experience. Went to multiple dealers and left frustrated with lack of willingness to deal or even return a call. This was not the case with Chicago auto place. Robert made the whole transaction super simple with zero pressure. Car needed a few small items and he took care of them with out question and had the car ready a day before I was expecting it. Robert was able to match my private bank low APR. Of the 15 cars Iโ€™ve purchased this was by far the best experience. Highly recommend.

From start to finish I felt like I was treated like first class at a luxury auto dealer . No pressure no hassles . No matter how many questions I asked they were patient and thorough . Every car I looked at was in as good as new condition including the 2017 Porsche Macan I purchased . I cannot be happier with my choice or with Chicago Auto Place !

I was shocked at the great experience buying a car at Chicago Auto Place. We called for an appointment to look at a Camero. When we arrived we were met at the door by our salesman Ron and the owner Rick. The car was washed, cleaned and detailed. The information and carfax given straight up. Test ride given. Traded in our car and drove home with the Camero. Great negotiators, they treated us fair, and we are very happy. Go and test the waters. We cannot say enough good about Chicago Auto Place!

We just bought a car from CAP, and it was a very pleasant experience. Dealt with both Ricky and Robert, and they were both very helpful. They donโ€™t accept personal checks, so Robert drove us to a bank branch to get a cashiers check. I will look there first when I get my next car.

Robert was really patient and helpful over the course of a couple of months - he genuinely wanted to (and did) help me narrow in on what car I wanted for a weekend toy. Heโ€™s a true car guy and is really kind and patient - the rest of the team were great as well.I had some trouble getting attention after the sale to get the 2nd key, and was seemingly brushed off. Sure enough, a month later they found it and sent it to me which was much appreciated.
