The dealership conveniently had three versions of the same vehicle lined up in the front row and it made it easy for me to compare and contrast. My salesman was Edgar. He was polite, responsive, organized, and prompt with all my requests. The vehicles were extremely clean from a cosmetic prospective. Edgar made sure the EV was charged and ready for my departure. The sales process, negotiation, and paperwork was very efficient and fair. The only issue was the Axos Bank they relied upon for financing played games. It added almost 2 hours to the transaction process. The best rate Axos offered after the drawn out back and fourth discussions was laughable. I would suggest the dealership pivots to a local financial institution.

We did some research online and were interested in a specific vehicle. I called the dealership and was told the vehicle was still available. We decided to visit the location and were treated kindly. Great staff and felt welcomed. I asked if we can test drive the vehicle and with no issues only asked for my DL and allowed my husband and I and children to take it on a test drive. Edgar answered all of our questions and told him we will reach out once we made a decision. A few days later we decided to purchase the vehicle, however, Edgar was not there and was told to visit the dealership as I will be taken care of. Ricky assisted us and was polite and friendly, smooth process. Overall great customer experience and we were taken care of.

Found these gius on the internet. Really good deal on a Mercedes CLS 53 AMG with low miles. Gave my deposite and got financed immediately. Im in Texas and they are in Chicago. Made the deal on Friday and had to send in registration via UPS Saturday. Paper work got in on Tuesday. So much for next day not their fault. By Sunday had my car delivered for $125 dollars less than what they qouted. Would have liked my car sooner but not their fault and Ricky communicated very well through the whole process. While waiting for my car looked up their reviews and some were bad. Scared me a little in the process. I told Ricky what my concerns were. He responded immediately. I give these guys all the stars because they did such a good job and the car is AAA+. Thank you guys. They only sell higher end cars and that wasn't always the case. Got a screaming deal, low milage, and on awesome CLS 53 AMG.

I was an out of state buyer and everything was processed quickly. Was a bit hesitant at first when buying something I have never seen before in person, I was guided in the right direction by Edgar during the purchase. Their dealership carried a unique and limited model lexus. Definitely would use again in the future for car purchase.

I have bought numerous cars from Chicago auto place. I'm probably in double digits now. Everyone there is great, but Robert is my favorite. Ricky (the owner)is great as well. They will take care of all of your needs, always trying to make sure you're completely satisfied with the experience. Thank you chicago auto place I'll be back for another car in a few weeks lol. Not a review writer, but had to share the great experience. Went to multiple dealers and left frustrated with lack of willingness to deal or even return a call. This was not the case with Chicago auto place. Robert made the whole transaction super simple with zero pressure. Car needed a few small items and he took care of them with out question and had the car ready a day before I was expecting it. Robert was able to match my private bank low APR. Of the 15 cars I’ve purchased this was by far the best experience. Highly recommend.

When we arrived we were met at the door by our salesman Ron and the owner Rick. The car was washed, cleaned and detailed. The information and carfax given straight up. Test ride given. We just bought a car from CAP, and it was a very pleasant experience. Dealt with both Ricky and Robert, and they were both very helpful. They don’t accept personal checks, so Robert drove us to a bank branch to get a cashiers check. I will look there first when I get my next car.

Not just another car dealership. Here, its all about the customer. I wasnt sure about the car I wanted and I was nervous about talking to a car salesman. You know all about them! This was different. The owner Ricky, seeing how nervous I was, asked his cousin to take his time with me and help me out. Adam was the best!!! He was super patient with me. He took the time to listen and helped me find the right car for me. Im typically a hard negotiator, but I didnt need to be at this place .
